    Question: Is free parking available at Surya Bagh (SB)?
    Answer: Free parking is available.

    Question:Is early check-in or check-out available at SB?
    Answer:Early check-in and late check-out is possible subject to availability.

    Question:Can I pay at check-in at SB?
    Answer: Yes, while payment can be made at the retreat, to block a room on a confirmed basis, a 50% advance is required.

    Question: Are any of the meals served in the room?
    Answer: All meals are served in the dining room.

    Question:Is late-night food available at SB?
    Answer: Meals can be provided at specific times based on prior information. Dinner is served from 7 pm to 10 pm.

    Question: What kind of documents shall I carry during check-in?
    Answer:Government ID proofs are accepted (Aadhaar Card, Driver’s Licence, Passport for foreign nationals with Visa)
     

    Amenities & Services


    Question: Is WiFi available at the property?
    Answer:We have a Wi-Fi connection at the estate; however, the network fluctuates due to the remote location.

    Question: How is the Mobile Connectivity at the property?
    Answer:Given the location, most service providers' networks can be patchy. BSNL and Jio mobile networks work best at the estate.

    Question: Is there a fan or AC in the rooms?
    Answer:Considering the location and the weather conditions, there is a fan and AC available.

    Question: How often is the bedroom linen changed?
    Answer:As a sustainable and environment-friendly practice, we change the linen once in 3 days. However, we will be happy to change it upon request.

    Question: What experiences are provided at SB?
    Answer:We offer our guests an array of culinary, along with curated excursions and experiences at the estate.

    Question: Is General medicine and First aid kit available at SB?
    Answer: Yes, general medicines for fever/pain reliever/headache are always available at SB. We also have a first aid kit with sterilised cotton, crepe bandages and sprays.

    Answer: The drive from New Delhi to Ajabgarh is about 250 kilometres and takes approximately 3.5 hours.

    Question: What is the route from Jaipur?
    Answer: The drive from Jaipuri to Ajabgarh is about 90 kilometres and takes approximately 2 hours.

    Question: What is the route from Agra?
    Answer: The drive from Agra to Ajabgarh is about 215 kilometres and takes approximately 4 hours.

    Answer: The drive from Ranthambore to Ajabgarh is about 200 kilometres and takes approximately 3.5 hours.
