    Question: Is free parking available at Surya Bagh?
    Answer: Free parking is available.

    Question: Can I pay at check-in at Surya Bagh?
    Answer: Yes, while payment can be made at the estate, to block a room on a confirmed basis, a 50% advance is required.

    Question: Are any of the meals served in the rooms ?
    Answer: All meals are served in the common dining room.

    Question: Is late-night food available at Surya Bagh?
    Answer: Meals can be provided at specific times based on prior information. Dinner is served from 7 pm to 9.30 pm.

    Question: What kind of documents shall I carry during check-in?
    Answer:Government ID proofs are accepted (Aadhaar Card, Driver’s Licence, Voter ID) & Passport for foreign nationals with valid Visa.

    Question: Do you have accommodation for drivers or staff available?
    Answer: We do not have accommodation for drivers / staff at the estate. However, nearby options are available (about 2 minutes away) with prior notification on a chargeable basis.

    Question: Do you allow kids or children at Surya Bagh ?
    Answer:We do not permit kids below the age of 15 years of age at the estate
     

    Amenities & Services

    Question: Is WiFi available at the estate ?
    Answer: We have a free Wi-Fi connection at the estate in the common areas; however, the network fluctuates due to the remote location.

    Question: How is the Mobile Connectivity at the estate ?
    Answer: As we are located in the Sariska forest area, most service providers' networks can be patchy. Vodafone and Jio mobile networks work best at the estate.

    Question: How often is the bedroom linen changed?
    Answer: As a sustainable and environment-friendly practice, we change the linen once in 3 days. However, we will be happy to change it upon request.

    Question: Do you have a spa available at the estate ?
    Answer: We do not have a spa at the estate.

    Question: Do you have satellite tv in the guest rooms?
    Answer: We do not have satellite tv in the rooms.

    Food & Drinks 

    Question: Do you allow outside alcohol & drinks at Surya Bagh ? 
    Answer: We permit outside drinks or alcohol with prior information.
     

    Accommodation 

    Question: What is the total number of rooms available at Surya Bagh ?
    Answer: We have a total 4 rooms at the property, which can accommodate upto 8 adults.

    Question: Do you provide extra beds in the rooms ?
    Answer: We can organise a maximum of one rollway bed in each room at an additional cost.

    Question: What is the distance & travel time from Delhi?
    Answer: The drive from New Delhi to Surya Bagh is about 250 kilometres and takes approximately 3.5 hours.

    Question: What is the distance & travel time from Jaipur?
    Answer: The drive from Jaipuri to Surya Bagh is about 90 kilometres and takes approximately 2 hours.

    Question: What is the distance & travel time from Agra?
    Answer: The drive from Agra to Surya Bagh is about 215 kilometres and takes approximately 4 hours.

    Question: What is the distance & travel time from Ranthambore?
    Answer: The drive from Ranthambore to Surya Bagh is about 200 kilometres and takes approximately 3.5 hours.

    Answer: The drive from Surya Bagh to Bhangarh Fort is about 8 kilometres and takes approximately 15 minutes.
