The Aravalli lounge & bar is the primary gathering place for eating, drinking & socializing. Comfortable seating in the open space set the stage for a good time. Dining outdoors is a real highlight especially on a night of the full moon. An outdoor bar service is also available with bottled water, soft drinks, cold beer, wine and most spirits on offer.

Your day begins with a robust continental breakfast offering a variety of cereals, fruits, juices, toasts, pancakes and eggs to order, and our house special “millet bread' served with freshly churned white butter', alongside an Indian selection.
Lunch is a picturesque affair by the pool, basking in the sun while relishing an Indian mini meal of Vegetable Biryani or Pullao and Raita, Aloo Paratha, Tomato Chutney and Yoghurt or opt for Pasta and Grilled Sandwiches accompanied by fresh salads.
For dinner, we often serve a traditional Indian Thali, showcasing an array of regional specialities.
Complementing your meals is a selection of homemade beverages including aerated soft drinks, lemon soda, local chach (butter milk) and Lassi (yoghurt-based) and local rose sherbets, each adding a refreshing touch to the dining experience at one of the best restaurants in Ajabgarh.
